Why is Toshiba usually slightly more expensive than the equivalent Dell, Acer, HP, whatever…?
Is it because their build quality is top notch?
And is it because that their laptops are designed to be rugged even though they are not advertised as rugged laptops?
(as per toshiba product reviews ive read)
Does it usually mean toshiba = durability?
(as per toshiba product reviews ive read)
Whats exceptional about toshiba products that would make it worth the extra buck?

i think laptops like toshipa and also Sony are more expensive because of their brand name and also their quality is more better, thats why acer is most cheap
Japanese brands tend to be more expensive.
Same reason why Sony has one of the priciest products around, because a) the public perception that Japan makes the best gadgets and b) it’s worth paying for an imported product.
Just go for whichever you feel gives you the most bang for buck. Laptops are dispensable devices, after a few years even the best laptop would start to feel old and outdated, at that point you would probably be off getting a new laptop.
