I am looking to buy a new notebook but am interested in looking at netbooks too because of their portable size. The only hesitation I have is that a netbook won’t have a dvd/cd drive. Can I hook a netbook up to an exterior DVD/CD drive, or does it not have the computing power to handle that?
Please help!
Its a Panasonic Toughbook cf-27 and it dosen’t have a cd drive or a eathernet cable and it has doss on it so i have a external hard drive could i use that? i really need this laptop to be working
the main reason i bought it was for it’s durability i may just use the case and use components that fit inside but they may be less durable.
This laptop came without a internal cd drive as well which was quite anoying and no ethernet port.
I want to mod it on the cheap so i can have a cheap version of there high end ones without the £4k+ price tag
ive forgotten my password for windows xp. its on a toughbook so theres no cd drive to try and use erd commander. and the administrative options have been disabled. f8 does not work. how do i reset my password?
there is no cd rom drive so i couldnt be able to use it
if i get an external drive wold the computer pick it up and allow me to use it to be able to use a xp disk though?
