Will they still be able to access it? are they able to take their own computers/laptops to players like Australia and Okinawa? my cousin was extended 5 months in Japan until february ‘08 and he regularly uses myspace to keep in touch. I know they can’t take them to Iraq and Afghanistan but are they allowed to other deployments that are not war zones? thanks for any help
I am being deployed to Afghanistan. I have heard that the Internet is available to solders there, in wireless tents and in some cases even in their barracks. I was wondering are you available to use your own laptop and assesses sites that are non “.gov” ? I ask for Internet banking and video conferencing with family reasons.
