On my mom’s Hp laptop with Windows Vista operating system problem with help and support?
For some reason my help and support is not responding at all online and offline. Would could be the reason for this and how do I go about fixing it? Everything else seems to be functioning somewhat normally but this could pose a problem later and in maintenance of the computer.
where would I find this registry tag for the help and support. I went through the control panel but couldn’t find any registry info

Your help and support should be directly handled by HP not directly from microsoft, make sure that hp support utilities is installed properly, usually it has a number that corresponds to your unit like a special number tag for service.
