MLB TV on a military base in Kuwait?
my boyfriend is a huge red sox fan, but is going to be deployed to kuwait for the entire season. i was wondering if i purchased an MLB tv subscription for him, if he’d be able to watch the games. i know his base has wireless internet and he has a laptop, but i know sometimes sites are blocked in certain places. anyone have any clue?

If the games are broadcast on AFN networks he may be able to watch them in an MWR facility or in his own tent/room with an AFN box that can be purchased in the PX usually.
Let him get there and ask around, because services and living conditions are much better at Arifjan than they are at Virginia or Buehring.
The wireless internet available there is often unreliable and the bandwidth is limited.
