How do i get a portable computer for supporting my study if I am the poor out off $?
I am tyty in a poor family at a small province in Cambodia. I am now a student of IT in a small university in Cambodia.

dell has some good pay plans SOMETIMES you cang et a good computer for 30$ a month..if you cant afford that and cant somehow getting government funding for it ..you cant get one period
